Making of simple Chicken Curry

Making of delicious Chicken Curry with simple spices in Easy Way: 

Chicken Curry : In India All  Non-vegetarian hotels, Restaurants, Dabas, and  even Mothers also prefers Chicken curry  at home Chicken curry will serve in  Rice, Naans, Bread Naans Etc.,

Here I will tell you Simple way to cook chicken curry anyone:

                         Preparation Time :15 -20 Minutes
                         Cooking Time : 20-30 Minutes
                         Serve : 3-4 Members
                         Procedure of Cooking : Simple & Easy
                         Taste: Super & Spicy

 Ingredients to prepare Chicken Curry

                         Chicken  : 500-600 grams
                             Onions 3-4 Medium Chopped Half-Slice
                             Green Chillies 1 or 2
                             Ginger 1 Tablespoon Chopped
                             Garlic 4-5 Cloves / Tablespoon
                             Tomato 3-4 medium do it puree / slices (your wish)
                              Fresh Coriander leaves Cut it Medium for Garnish
                             Ghee / Oil  3-4 Tablespoons
                             GaramMasala Powder 1-2 Teaspoon
                             Cashew Powder 1-2 Teaspoons
                             Turmeric Powder  1/2 Teaspoon
                             Coriander powder 2 Tablespoon 
                             Red Chilli Powder 2 Teaspoons
                             Salt to taste   

Way to Preparing Chicken Curry:

Step 1: Heat Ghee/Oil in Thick-pan,after that Add Onions and saute turn golden brown.

Step 2: Add Ginger,Garlic paste continue to saute 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously   

Step 3:Add 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder, add tomato puree/slices, to stir it, cook till the oil separates from the masala then add chicken pieces and salt, stir it  60 seconds continuously upto added ingredients mixed to chicken pieces then .

Step 4:  In medium flame  Add remaining ingredients Garam masala, Cashew powder,Coriander, Red Chilli Powders stir it well upto 2 minutes.

Step 5:   add 2  cups of water before that add 2 green chillies, close the lid  on the pan  on high flame,bring to boil till the chicken is fully done. Garnish with Coriander leaves finally serve hot  feel the taste.
