Today we will make egg curry. You can make both dry and curry recipes with this recipe. Egg curry is the best option if there is no vegetable in the house. By making dry egg curry, you can give it to your children or your husband in the lunchbox with parathas or puri too. And the best thing is that it takes very little time to make and is delicious as well as very nutritious in food. So let's make it.

Essential Ingredients

 Boiled eggs - 3-4
Onion - 1 medium finely chopped
Tomatoes - 1 medium finely chopped
Ginger - 1 small spoon cut or paste
Cumin seeds - 1/2 small spoon
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 small spoon
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 2 tbsp

How to make egg curry


First of all, boil the egg, put the egg in a pan to boil, and add enough water to it. Now let it boil first. After boiling, boil it on medium gas for 7-8 minutes. Then turn off the gas and shift to cold water and peel it when it cools down a bit. Now, we will cut the egg from the middle (if you want to chop it or you want to add whole), we like chopped, that's why we put it the same way.

Now finely chop everything and remove the spices.

Now we'll fry the egg lightly in a pan. It tastes very good in egg curry. Pour two small spoons of oil in a pan (if possible, use a non-stick pan). When the oil is hot, add a pinch of turmeric and spread it throughout the pan. Now place all the eggs in it one by one (as shown in the photo). Allow it to cook on low gas, when it turns golden brown from that side, then flip it over and fry it from the other side till it becomes golden brown.

After frying well from both sides, take out all the eggs in a bowl.
To make curry, take oil in a pan or pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds to it. After chopping cumin seeds, add green chilies, after frying green chillies for a few seconds, add chopped ginger-garlic or paste to it.
After ginger-garlic turns golden brown, add onion and fry until it becomes light brown. Till the onion is fried, take all the spices (coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt) in a bowl and prepare the batter.
When the onion is roasted then add a spice solution to it and fry the masala on a light flame till the oil starts separating from it. When the masala is roasted, add chopped tomatoes and cook it till the tomatoes are cooked

How to make dry egg curry:

Prepare the masala in the manner mentioned above and then add fried egg in the masala, add 1/4 bowl of water, mix it well, and cover it and cook it for 1-2 minutes. Open it after 2 minutes and add garam masala and green coriander and mix it and serve with hot paratha or roti.

How to make egg curry with gravy :

First, prepare the masala in the manner mentioned above. When the masala is ready, add water to it (add water as per the cart or thin gravy you want). At this time you can taste salt and adjust the salt as per taste. Now let the water boil well.
After boiling, boil it for two minutes and then put a fried egg in it. After adding the egg and boil it for two minutes. Now add garam masala and green coriander (we had green coriander in it, that is why we did not add it) and boil it for a minute and stop.

Vegetable Stock/Broth Recipe :

Today we are telling you how to make stock in the house. By the way, stock powder or cube comes in the market, which you can prepare the stock by mixing it in water, but if you do not find it in the market then we can make it at home also. And the taste of homemade stock from the fresh vegetables is very good. So if you have time, then make the stock at home, it will double the taste of your Manchurian or soup.

You can use Chinese recipes such as Manchurian or any soup. Stocks are of two types, veg, and non-veg, so if you buy stock cube or powder from the market, see two. Today we are teaching how to make Veg stock. It is very easy to make it. In this, you can add any remaining vegetables in the house. Just keep in mind that there should not be any vegetable that dissolves in water after cooking, because all we need is the taste of the vegetable and not the vegetable in the water. So let's make it.


How to make a veg stock or broth:

Main Ingredients (Mandatory)

Carrot - 1
Ginger - 1-inch piece
Garlic - 7-8 buds
Onion - 1
Black pepper - 8-10
Bay leaves - 2-3
Spring onion - 1 bunch
Celery -2-3 cut into large pieces
Water - 6 cups
Salt - 2 tsp

Alternative ingredients (Optional):
Capsicum-1
Cauliflower - 5-6
Cabbage – 1
Green coriander stem - We do not want all the coriander in it, rather you put green coriander leaf in the vegetable and separate its stem and put it in it.

Stock/broth preparation method :  

First of all, cut all the vegetables into big pieces and keep them aside. We had capsicum and cauliflower so we are also putting them. You can add whatever vegetables you have, such as cabbage, mushrooms, beans.
Now there are two ways to make stock, you can make it anyway. First of all, take a big steel bowl (non-stick or steel).
1.       The first way is to take water in the steel  bowl and then put all the chopped vegetables in it and let it boil on the gas.
2.       The second way is to first put 1 small spoon of oil in the dog, when the oil gets slightly hot then add ginger, garlic, bay leaves, and black pepper in it. Now roast them all a little (keep in mind that oil should not be very hot and we have to roast ginger garlic slightly). Now add chopped onion, Roast it for 1 minute and put all the chopped vegetables in it, now add a little salt in it and fry them for 5 minutes on high flame. After 5 minutes you will see that the onion has become transparent, now you add water to it. (One advantage of making this method is that you will know how much water to pour). Do not add too much water, you should add water according to the vegetable. We have poured 6 cups of water here.

Now wait till it comes to a boil when it comes to a boil then turn the gas to medium and then let it boil for at least 30 minutes to 45 minutes without covering it, make sure that you do not cover it.

Turn off the gas after 45 minutes. And now let it cool down when it cools down then filter it. Remember that you do not have to mix it. Sieve it and discard the vegetable. Take your fresh stock ready. You can keep it in the fridge and use it for a week.

Note: 

You can keep this stock in the refrigerator for a week and use it. And if you want to keep it for a longer time then you can store it in an ice cube-like ice and then you can use it whenever you want. Whenever needed, take to 2-3 cubes and use them.

Dry Manchurian Recipe




Dry Manchurian Recipe (cauliflower) :

Today we will make Cauliflower Manchurian which is very tasty to eat and you can make it whenever you want. It can be made both dry and wet. Today we will make dry Manchurian. Now whenever guests come to the house or if you want to make something different in the evening, make it and feed everyone hot.

Essential Ingredients for Cauliflower

Cauliflower -2 -  medium chopped flowers
Refined flour - 1/2 bowl
Cornflour - 1/4 bowl
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 1/2 small spoon (if you want)
Oil - for frying Cauliflower

Essential Ingredients for Sauce

Onion - 1 medium finely chopped
Green chili - 1 finely chopped
Garlic - 1 small spoon chopped or paste
Ginger - 1 small spoon chopped or paste
Green onion - 1 tbsp chopped (if you want)
Soya Sauce - 2 small spoon
Tomato sauce - 1 small spoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 1/2 small spoon (if you want)
Corn flour - 1/2 small spoon
Oil - 2 tsp

How to make dry Manchurian



First, we make sausages for the Manchurian, after that, we will fry the Cauliflower. Take out all the ingredients for the sauce. (Even if you do not have green onions and red chili sauce, you can make it, we just add it to add flavor).


Take 2 small spoons of oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, add ginger-garlic paste to it. When it is lightly roasted, then add chopped onion and green chilies to it and fry it well.

After the onion is roasted, add all the sausages (tomato sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce) and mix it well.

Now we keep it aside and prepare Cauli flower.

Take all the ingredients for the Cauli flower and mix it well.

Now slowly add water and prepare the batter. Do not wet the solution too much and do not bury it. The solution should be wrapped on the Cauliflower and make a thin layer. Now put all the chopped Cauliflower in the solution and mix it well with your hand.

When the Cauliflower mixes well in the solution, then place it one by one in the hot oil. Keep in mind that your oil is not too hot or else the Cauliflower will remain raw from inside. Fry the cauliflower on medium gas. When the Cauliflower turns light brown then take it out and keep it on a paper. Similarly, take out all the Cauliflower on the floor.

Now put the sauce we had made on the gas. Add 1/2 tsp cornflour to 1/2 bowl of water. When cornflour mixes well in water, then put it in the sauce. (By mixing cornflour with water, gravy becomes a cart). Now put half the chopped green onion in it and save the rest for the time of serving. Stir for 2 minutes and then add Cauliflower and mix well so that the sauce is well wrapped on the Cauliflower.

Take your hot Cauliflower Manchurian is ready. Add the remaining green onions and serve.

Hi Friends! Today I am posting how to make a chocolate cake in quarantine time simple steps with only three ingredients delicious taste without Egg, oven, and Cake cooker/pan. let's go the required items for chocolate cake:

Ingredients:

2 Medium Cups of  Mixed Biscuits
 A medium cup of Milk
1 Eno Sachet 
Chocolate Ganache (If require or else no need)
Cinnamon

Preparation for Chocolate Cake

Step 1: Blend the mixed Biscuits smoothly up to 60 seconds

Step 2: Add the one cup of milk in blended biscuits again 30 seconds grind it well

Step 3: Pour the batter into a medium bowl

Step 4: Add the Eno Powder Complet sachet and a pinch of Cinnamon powder into the batter and mix it well.

Making of Chocolate Cake:

Step 1: Take a Saucepan Coat an oil with a brush, add a baking pager again coat an oil with a brush around the pan.

Step 2: Pour a batter in the saucepan

Step 3: Place a Tawa pan preheat on medium flame, then on the Tawa pan place a saucepan cover a lid on the saucepan.

Step 4: Cook for 30 to 40 Minutes in Medium-Low flame, Cake is Ready, Cool it Completly 

Step 5: Remove from the Mould, place a cake in the tray

Step 6: If you require to pour a chocolate ganache on the cake and spread it well, garnish some chocolate shavings or biscuit pieces on the cake.
Step 7: Cut into the pieces serve to children not only children aged people also enjoyed the delicious chocolate cake made with biscuits in an easy way!

How to make Fish fry

How to make fish fry:

Hi Friends! Today my topic is how to make fish fry,  good to add fish in your diet 2-3 times in a week. before the making of fish fry recipe, we all know the benefits of taking fish in quarantine time or non-quarantine time.

 Fish has contained Riboflavin B2 and D Vitamins full of Omega-3 fattie acids. fish is a high source of vitamins, proteins, phosphorous, iodine, magnesium, calcium, potassium, a low fat.

American Heart Institution has given a statement to eat fish is good for heart and brain due to omega-3 fatty acids which contain EPA [EICOSAPENTAENOIC ACID] and DHA [DOCOSAHEXAENOIC ACID]. In Human, Bodies doesn't produce Omega-3 fatty acids. so, 
American Heart Institution was that eating fish twice / thrice in a week is good for a healthy diet and good for Heart, and Brain.

How to make fish fry recipe:

let them start a delicious, fish fry with full of crispy outside and tasty inside, the fish fry can use side dish, snacks, and weight loss diet but in weight loss diet better to avoid daily oil add cooking coconut oil its good for the diet regular use also. the fish fry will use a side dish for rice also.

Ingredients:

1 Kg Fish pieces
2 tablespoons Oil
Ginger Garlic slightly Paste
11/2 tablespoon rice flour
11/2 besan flour/cornflour
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
2 teaspoons Garam masala powder
2 teaspoons of Lemon juice
Salt as required
red chilli powder required
1 small onion if required not mandatory 

Preparation for fish fry:

Step 1: First Clean the Fish Pieces, with rock salt to avoid the smell 

Step 2: Take a small cup to add the above ingredients, required salt, ginger garlic paste, required red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients to make a solid paste.


Step 3: Apply the paste to all the fish pieces, keep paste applied pieces marinate up to 30 minutes in the refrigerator. 


Step 4: Take a medium bowl to add the flours, required salt, red chilli powder add required water and mix it well to become a liquid. if you want to add a coriander leaf also

Step 5: Take marinated fish pieces from the refrigerator after 30 minutes, slightly dip a marinated fish pieces in liquid flour mixture both sides. again leave the rice flour coated fish pieces 10 minutes to stick the liquid paste to fish pieces.


Making of fish fry:

Step 1: Take a griddle or pan as what you available in your home or bachelor's room, then heat a pan add 2 tablespoon oil and spread it well if you are using griddle h apply the oil with all the edges through the brush.

Step 2: Heat a pan on low flame. Start to fry the fish pieces both sides until the pieces will get crispy.

Step 3: Aware of Slightly flipping the fish pieces otherwise the liquid paste comes out.

Step 4: Fry fish pieces both sides up to the pieces will turn a red colour and crusty.

Step 5: Need to garnish onion or not it is your wish, finally, serve the crusty fish pieces as a side dish/snacks/while doing the diet.


Note: Eating fish is good to fight again  COVID-19 due to high pack of nutrients, proteins, and vitamins
