How to make Wine at Home

Today I will post how to make wine at home, why I will post this topic is since last 24 days almost around the World was in the quarantine mode because of COVID-19  , up to next 20 to 40 days its continued all are inside not outside so that people who have habit of  boozing wine, it was was not available outside so, you can make wine at home with simple equipment's and ingredients.

So, Let Start how to prepare Homemade Wine, before preparing how to made wine somebody had doubts is it safe are not?
My opinion is Homemade wine is entirely safe. we are all doing is fermentation juice. If you leave too long the taste will be very bad so don't take long time OK !

Accidentally thousands of years ago Wine made naturally mixing of  grape-juice and yeast.

How to Make Homemade Wine:

First-of-all before making wine we need several inexpensive equipment, first one is patients then cleanliness of all equipment.

Equipment list:

1. 4 gallon quality plastic tin/drum with lid for primary fermentation.
2. 1 gallon glass jugs three containers, to use as secondary fermentation.
3. Fermentation traps three for airlocks for bottles
4. A rubber cork to fit the secondary fermentation container.
5. Nylon mesh to large straining bag
6. A Hydro meter to measure sugar levels.
7. wine filling bottles for consuming

Ingredient list:

1. Lot of Grapes for wine
2. Sugar
3. Wine Yeast
4. Filtered water

Making Wine:

Step 1: 

A. Entire equipment is thoroughly sterilized then rinsed clean. It's good to clean and rinse your equipment before preparing wine.
B. Select your grapes, peculiarly looking grapes.
C. Clean your grapes thoroughly.
D. Remove the Stems.
E. Crush the grapes for  juice  into the primary fermentation container 
F. Add Wine Yeast.
G. Through Hydrometer, if it reads less then 1.01,  consider to adding sugar. If you are adding sugar first add sugar in pure filtered water, 
H.Cover primary fermentation tin/drum with cloths, allow mus to ferment  up to one week over this processing days fermentation will cause froth to develop on top and sediment to fall to the bottom.

Step 2:

A. Slightly strain the liquid to remove the froth and sediment

B. Change the juice through a funnel from primary fermentation to cleaned glass secondary fermentation container. Aware to reduce the amount of air from top filling area to reaching the wine
C. Fit the Container with Rubber Corks
D. Allow the juice to ferment for several weeks.
E. Use the plastic tube to siphon the wine into clean glass secondary fermentation container. Again, the  purpose here is to separate the wine to remove the sediment that forms as the wine ferments.
F. Continue to siphon the wine off the sediment timely racking for 2 to 3 months until the win is clear running.

Step 3:

A. Fill the wine into bottles tight the cap / use the wine bottles with rubber cork to fill top
B. Store the wine top shelves up to three days
C. After completing three days, store the wine 55ᐤF. 
After that Consume finally
