Making of Panner Tikka Masala:

Panner in English Cottage Cheese

Paneer made from milk is quite common, especially paneer recipes are quite popular in the India
   Preparation Time :25 -30 Minutes

Ingredients for Paneer Tikka Masala:
   Paneer 250 grams (cut panner into cubes)
 Onions 3 medium         
 Tomatoes 2 medium         
 Capsicum 1/2 medium    
 Hung yogurt 1/2 cup    
 Fresh cream 1/2 cup      
 Ginger cut into julienne 1 inch piece    
Green chillies slit 2 or 4    
Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons    
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon    
Garammasala powder 1 1/2 teaspoons    
Coriander powder 1 tablespoon     
Lemon juice 1 1/2 tablespoons     
Oil 2-3 tablespoons     
Salt to taste     
Dried fenu greek leaves (kasuri methi) 1teaspoon     
Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons     
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon     
Cashew nut paste 1/2 cup     
Fried Cashew nuts  6-8 garnishing               
Fresh coriander also for garnishing                                  


Start Preparation :

1. Cut paneer into cubes, cut onion into Slices and separate the layers, cut one tomato into half, remove the     pulp and cut into cubes.

2.  Cut capsicum, onions and tomatoes Add this items into  yogurt . Mix well. Add paneer cubes and mix gently. Keep aside to marinate.

3. Take a  bowl add yogurt, one teaspoon red chilli powder, little bit of salt, one-fourth teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves, one tablespoon ginger garlic paste, one tablespoon lime juice, and half teaspoon garam masala powder. Whisk well and keep aside.

4. Take a thick pan heat two tablespoons of oil. Add cumin seeds and 2 finely chopped onions to the pan. Cook for seven to eight minutes onions will turn into reddish brown.

5. Add one tablespoon ginger garlic paste to reddish brown onions. Saute for a minute.

6. Skewer the Pieces of onion, tomato, capsicum and paneer on the satay sticks.

7. Add two finely chopped tomatoes and cook for five minutes.

8. Take grill pan add 2 teaspoons oil in a medium flame , place the paneer skewers on it and cook for three minutes on each side at low flame before shutting stove  add 6-8 pieces of Cashew nuts fry it reddish colour for garnishing .

9. Add this ingredients onion tomato masala, add one teaspoon chilli powder, one tablespoon coriander powder, half teaspoon garam masala powder, one-fourth teaspoon turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.

10. Add ginger julienne, slit green chillies and cashew nut paste to the pan. Mix well.

11. Add half cup water and mix well after 2 minutes add fresh cream and mix well.

12.Add the skewered items into the masala from sticky.

13. Add remaining lime juice, half teaspoon garam masala powder, one-fourth teaspoon kasuri methi mix well.

14. Garnish with chopped coriander, Cashew nut and serve hot.

Tandoori Chicken has siiromething pretty in India put on Global Food Map in many years ago, chicken pieces can marinate by using Yogurt different powdered spices can grilled in clay pot tandoor, in house using oven's or Pans till the outside is beautiful charred and the meat is juciy also but clay pot tandoor is best for good taste, this recipe is a perfect starter to a North Indian Meal.

Preparation Time: 3.30 - 4.00 hours
Cook Time : 15 - 25 Minutes
Serve : 4-5 Members
Taste: Spicy

Ingredients for Tandoori Chicken Recipe:

Whole Chicken : 1
Kashmiri red chilli powder : 2 Teaspoons
lemon Juice 2 Tablespoons
Yogurt 1 Cup
Ginger Paste: 2 Tablespoons  
Garlic Paste: 2 Tablespoons
Salt to taste
Garam Masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Oil 2 Tablespoons - also baste
Onion Rings, Coriander, Lemon rings for Garnish

Preparation of Tandoori Chicken Recipe:

Step1:

Make Incisions with a  Knife on the Chicken breast, legs and Thighs.

Step2:

Apply a  mixture one teaspoon Kashmiri Red chilli powder, One tablespoon lemon juice and salt over the chicken and set aside for 30 - 45 minutes.

Step3:

for marinated, tie up yogurt in a piece of muslin and put over bowl for ten minutes.

Step4:

Add the remaining Kashmiri redchilli powder, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, remaining lemon juice, garammasala powder and two tablespoons oil

Step5:

Rub the mixture over the chicken and marinate for three to four hours in a refrigerator.

Step6: 

Cook in a  moderately hot tandoor (Clay Pot) or in a  preheated oven at 200℃/400℉ or  Gas Mark 6 for ten to twelve minutes, or until almost done.

Step7:

Baste Chicken with a little oil and cook for another four minutes. Remove and set aside

Step8:

Garnish Lemon, Onion Rings and coriander leaves.

 Ingredients to prepare Chicken Curry

                         Chicken  : 500-600 grams
                             Onions 3-4 Medium Chopped Half-Slice
                             Green Chillies 1 or 2
                             Ginger 1 Tablespoon Chopped
                             Garlic 4-5 Cloves / Tablespoon
                             Tomato 3-4 medium do it puree / slices (your wish)
                              Fresh Coriander leaves Cut it Medium for Garnish
                             Ghee / Oil  3-4 Tablespoons
                             GaramMasala Powder 1-2 Teaspoon
                             Cashew Powder 1-2 Teaspoons
                             Turmeric Powder  1/2 Teaspoon
                             Coriander powder 2 Tablespoon 
                             Red Chilli Powder 2 Teaspoons
                             Salt to taste   

Way to Preparing Chicken Curry:

Step 1: Heat Ghee/Oil in Thick-pan,after that Add Onions and saute turn golden brown.

Step 2: Add Ginger,Garlic paste continue to saute 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously   

Step 3:Add 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder, add tomato puree/slices, to stir it, cook till the oil separates from the masala then add chicken pieces and salt, stir it  60 seconds continuously upto added ingredients mixed to chicken pieces then .

Step 4:  In medium flame  Add remaining ingredients Garam masala, Cashew powder,Coriander, Red Chilli Powders stir it well upto 2 minutes.

Step 5:   add 2  cups of water before that add 2 green chillies, close the lid  on the pan  on high flame,bring to boil till the chicken is fully done. Garnish with Coriander leaves finally serve hot  feel the taste.

COVID-19, Its not a word its a Virus the World is Panic since last 3 months around a virus was started from China Country now its spreading all over the world there is no perfect medicine till now WHO was given warning on there is no perfect medicine only they given precautionary measures to prevent the COVID-19 Virus.


Some Important Precautionary measure given below to add some precaution in  your daily routine life who will not effect this virus in your Surroundings even some body facing this virus in your surroundings

1.Keep your Surroundings Clean and green without any wet dust / without wet dust.
2. Carry  Sanitizers / wet wipes where ever you go
3. Take a Luke warm water in Early Morning. already you have a habit of drinking warm water in morning times continue every day its good for health no virus / disease will touch you even cancer will cure everyday drinking of Luke warm water, don't take more hot water if you are consuming more hot water your liver will damage/ color will change.
4. Do some exercise like yoga meditation, avoid walking/running in cloudy areas few days, choose Meditation in early morning hours sun rising


5. Don't give Shake hand to any persons if known / unknown
