Today I am posting how to improve the immunity system in your body :
So, let's begin how to improve immunity power, Since 25 days around the world is panic on COVID-19, mainly corona is effected on Respiratory System the symptoms are
Dry Cough
Fever
Breathing illness
Vomiting
Motions
the above first three illness are main symptoms of COVID-19, remaining two symptoms affected fewer people Coronavirus mainly effected on Lungs, so obviously the patient will suffered breathing problem the age below 5 years and above 60 years people will affect mainly, so that affected people and non-affected people boost your immunity system to add the rich food so add high protein, fiber, and vitamins in your daily diet.

Consuming below Diet will absolutely to fight again COVID-19 so, come on let's find the items to protect against  Coronavirus.


1. Vegetables: Below Vegetables has rich in vitamins, nutritions, fiber, proteins, carbs, and minerals

Tomato: Tomato has rich in natural minerals and vitamins like K, A, C, B1, B2, B5, B6, B7. It has also rich in potassium, Magnesium, Iron, Phosphorus, Zinc. Tomato will boost the immune system and also fight again Cancer. 
Cabbage: Cabbage is rich in proteins, Vitamin C, Folate, Calcium, Cabbage will keep your heart healthy, good in inflammation.
Broccoli: Broccoli has rich in Vitamins, Minerals, Bioactive compounds, It contains antioxidants that will boost health -protective effects, Bioactive compounds reduce the inflammation problems. Broccoli will fight again certain types of  Cancers. 
Carrot: Carrot contains Rich in Vitamins A, K1, B6, Potassium, Biotin Carbs, Sugar, Fiber, good in water content, Carrot also rich in antioxidants, improved immune function, reduced risk of many illnesses, including heart disease, protect against cancer. Rich in Carotene, Lutein, Lycopene, polyacetylenes, anthocyanins. 
Beet-Root: Beetroots are packed with natural nutrition, a great source of fiber, folate (B9 Vitamin), potassium, iron, manganese, rich in C Vitamin. Beetroot juice is good for reducing lower blood pressure, increasing blood levels. 
Cauliflower: Cauliflower is a cruciferous veggie, naturally high in B Vitamins and fiber. It has a great source of antioxidants and phytonutrients that protect against cancer.


2. Fruits: Fruits also  rich in vitamins, nutritions, proteins, carbs, and minerals

Orange: Orange is one of the most popular fruit in the world, it has a high source of fiber, vitamin C, thiamine, folate, antioxidants, oranges that are primarily made up of carbs and water.  
Pineapple: Its compounds of many health benefits, including reducing digestion, boosting immunity. Pineapple also contains a high amount of phosphorus Zinc, Calcium vitamin A, C, and K. Pineapple high development of a healthy immune system and aiding the absorption of iron from the diet. It improves metabolism, antioxidants.
Kiwi: kiwi is one of the small fruit it has a lot of health benefits the taste differs like sweet and tangy. Kiwi is full of Vitamins like C, K, E, potassium, fiber, nutrients. kiwi has black seeds inside it is edible. Kiwi is good for Asthma Patients, boosts the immune system one medium cup kiwi provides 273 % of your daily recommended value, manages blood pressure, reducing blood clotting.
Papaya: Consuming papaya is reducing heart disease, cancer, indigestion issues, diabetes, improving wound healing, controlling the blood glucose level in diabetes patients.  
Guavas: guavas help lower blood sugar levels, it helps to reduce the weight, improves metabolism, boosts heart health, boosts immune power, it has an anti-cancer effect, good for skin problems. Berries: Berries are healthiest, nutrients, and delicious fruit it is good to add your daily diet, high loaded antioxidants, it helps improve blood sugar and insulin, high in fiber, its help fight inflammation.

3. Nuts:
