Making of Healthy Pizza @ Home :

        Italian Cuisine which has  simple used only 4- 8 ingredients, Italian Cuisine  introduces many distinct tastes like Pizza, it is the  most probably one of the unique taste in the world.

Ingredients for Making of Healthy Pizza:

Wheat Flour (atta) for based 2 Cups
Tomatoes 2 Medium cut into Stripsr
Soya flour 3 tablespoons
Yeast 2 teaspoons
Sugar 1 teaspoon
salt to taste mostly (1 Teaspoon enough)
Olive oil  tablespoon
wheat bran 2 tablespoons

For SAUCE

Olive oil 2 table spoons
1 small onion chopped 
Garlic chooped 4 cloves
Tomatoes 4 medium finely chopped
Fresh Basil leaves few
Salt to taste
Dry Red chillies crushed 1 teaspoon

For TOPPING

One Medium Onion sliced
Mushroom Sliced 8-10
Green Capsicum medium 1 cut into thick strips
Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese grated 1 medium cup
Olive oil 1 teaspoon
Dry Oregano1/4 teaspoon.




Steps Making of Pizza:

1. Mix yeast sugar and one teaspoon warm water keep aside until frothy. Add frothy yeast to a mixture of whole wheat flour and soy flour. Add Salt, olive oil and wheat bran.

2. Add water and knead int o a soft dough. keep aside the dough covered with a cloth in a warm place for about 30-45 minutes until dough is double in volume

3.Divide pizza dough into four balls, roll out each portion into medium thick eight-inch discs. Take a fork put prick all dough. Preheat oven to 220℃.

4. For SAUCE, Heat Olive oil in a pan, add chopped onion and garlic, stir-fry and add chopped tomatoes.

5. Add One Cup of water and bring it to boil stir with basil leaves, add salt and crushed dried red chillies.  Cook low flame in 10 minutes stir it reaches a thick consistency.

6. Spread prepared pizza sauce on rolled pizza base, apply sliced onion, sliced mushrooms, tomato green capsicum strips on the top of the rolled pizza.

7. finally sprinkle grated low-fat mozzarella cheese to evenly cover the pizza top, apply olive oil on the top with brush.

8. Place it on greased oven tray and bake in the preheated oven at 220℃ until the pizza base is crisp an the cheese bubbling after melt.

9.Remove from the oven.
 
10. Sprinkle with dried oregano, cut into six to eight or for your convenient to serve.
